Hey there, I’m Nancy Mouille Fossier!

I’m the heart, soul, and sparkle behind Events & Design by Nancy—and I’ve been living and breathing weddings and events for the past 10 years. In 2019, I followed my gut (and my passion) and launched this business, and it’s been a whirlwind of magic, laughter, love stories, confetti, and carefully coordinated chaos ever since.

I offer full-service Event Planning, which basically means if you can dream it, I can bring it to life. I've got every detail covered from jaw-dropping weddings and birthday blowouts to cozy dinner parties and wild bachelorette weekends. I’m your planner, event designer, problem-solver, flower wrangler, and hype girl all rolled into one.

The best part? I don’t just plan events—I build relationships. I get to know my clients on a real, personal level so that each celebration reflects exactly who you are. Your story is one-of-a-kind, and your event should be too.

And when I’m not styling tables or fluffing bouquets, you can usually find me out on the road with my husband, slingin’ brisket and pulled pork at Roux Barbecue—his BBQ pop-up named after our sassy Catahoula pup. We pop up all over Baton Rouge (and beyond), serving up smoky, saucy goodness to foodies and fans alike.

Outside of planning and BBQ-ing, I’m all about soaking up the little things—relaxing with a good movie, a cozy blanket, and a glass of wine. Rainy days? Total bliss.
